Step 1: Select a product

Browse the product catalog on tuyetlanorchids.com and choose the design, color, and size that suit your needs. Some ready-made items are available in sizes ranging from L to 3XL.

You can also purchase fabric by the meter if you wish to take Vietnamese materials home for your own designs or personal projects.

Step 2: Make an online payment

After selecting your product, enter your delivery details and complete the payment by following the instructions on the website.

Step 3: Packaging and shipping

Before dispatch, TuyetLan team inspects the product, packages it carefully, and prepares the order for shipment.

From exchanging ideas and selecting fabrics to taking measurements and monitoring the production process, every step can be handled remotely with the support of TuyetLan team.

The process consists of 4 steps:

Step 1: Submit your ideas

Contact TuyetLan Orchidsilk via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram and share images of designs you love, a saved outfit reference, or even just a simple sketch.

If you do not have a specific design in mind, you can browse TuyetLan’s existing models and discuss adjustments with the team to suit your preferences.

Step 2: Provide measurements and body photos

Submit your basic measurements along with three photos of your figure—front, back, and side views, following the guidelines in our “How to Measure” article.

This information helps our tailoring team understand your body proportions and create a better fit for remote tailoring.

Step 3: Material consultation and order confirmation

Based on your design and needs, our team will recommend suitable fabrics, such as Bao Loc silk, Nha Xa silk, 200 GSM linen, or other materials available in-store.

Once the design, material, and tailoring requirements are agreed upon, we will send a detailed quote. Simply place a deposit to confirm your order, and our team will begin production.

Step 4: Production and progress updates

After the order is confirmed, our artisans will begin the cutting and sewing process.

Throughout production, TuyeLan team may send photos and videos to update you on progress, allowing you to track the garment's completion even if you are thousands of kilometers away from Vietnam.

Once finished, the garment undergoes a final inspection, is carefully packaged, and is shipped to your address via international express delivery.
